Idk man I’ve found all the high armor have 1 or 2 pieces of strength then 1 or 2 of agility, so you always sacrifice your main damage type for a piece that boosts the damage you don’t do. Based off the wiki (not the most reliable always, but tends to be good): Redeemed legion has better stats. More extra health, stamina, carry and strength damage, along with much better temperature protection. Only the armour value is the same really. Redeemed offers larger attribute bonuses. The catch is you HAVE TO have a T4 armorer to craft it.
As for armor, the silent legion or redeemed legion helmet(I forget which), voidforged for chest, and generic strength armor for legs, hands, and feet.
